Surveying: Boundary Surveys, Site Development Surveys, Right-of-Way Surveys, Condominiums and Subdivision Plats, Mean High Water Surveys, Construction Layout and Post-Construction Surveys.


Mr. Kolarik joined the firm in 1983 after spending six years in the field with consulting firms in Traverse City, Michigan.

As Vice President, Mr. Kolarik is responsible for the planning, management, and supervision of the Surveying Division including overall project management and administration.

Mr. Kolarik is responsible for the supervision of all surveys performed by Foley / Kolarik, Inc including: field work, computer data collections and GPS data collections, computations, preparation of descriptions, and final surveys. He has served as Vice President of Surveying for Foley / Kolarik, Inc since March, 2001.

Mr. Kolarik is a Professional Land Surveyor, registered in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society, the American Congress on Surveying & Mapping, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
